F1 – PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The aim of this Action is to perform Project management to achieve the aims set in the Project. A clear project hierarchy and administrative and financial management structure will help to ensure successful project implementation from kick-off meeting through implementation of actions to sending out the Final report at the end of the project.
Management and administration for successful implementation, including overall project management, partner coordination, reporting, quality control, audit and After-LIFE Plan.
