{"id":3303,"date":"2020-12-21T15:05:06","date_gmt":"2020-12-21T12:05:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.orgbalt.eu\/?page_id=3303"},"modified":"2021-01-21T10:38:10","modified_gmt":"2021-01-21T07:38:10","slug":"demo-site-lvc306","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.orgbalt.eu\/?page_id=3303","title":{"rendered":"Demo site LVC306"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>AGROFORESTRY &#8211; FAST GROWING TREES AND GRASS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potential benefits of agroforestry:&nbsp;\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>increased CO2\u00a0removals in living biomass and soil;\u200b<\/li><li>reduced GHG emissions from soil and replacement effect of woody and\u00a0herbaceous biofuel and harvested wood products.\u200b<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The LIFE\u00a0OrgBalt\u00a0project aims to implement a wide range of innovative organic soil management measures to demonstrate how these areas can be managed sustainably,\u00a0taking into account\u00a0economic, social\u00a0and climate aspects. 16 project demonstration sites have been established in Latvia and Finland.
