Baltijas re\u0123iona valstis \u0161obr\u012bd pieliek kop\u012bgas p\u016bles, lai palielin\u0101tu zin\u0101\u0161anas par lauksaimniec\u012bbas augsnes oglek\u013ca apriti un uzskaiti vair\u0101kos kop\u012bgi realiz\u0113tos p\u0113t\u012bjumu projektos, piem\u0113ram, piem\u0113ram, EJP Soil, MARVIC (Monitoring, Reporting and Verification system for carbon farming) un citos.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>K\u0101<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>LIFE<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>OrgBalt<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>projekts<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>var<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>veicin\u0101t<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>COP<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>m\u0113r\u0137u<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>un<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>amb\u012bciju<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>sasnieg\u0161anu?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>COP 28 pirmo reizi tika ofici\u0101li prezent\u0113ti LIFE OrgBalt projekta ietvaros apr\u0113\u0137in\u0101tie re\u0123ion\u0101li specifiskie nosusin\u0101tu, bar\u012bbas viel\u0101m bag\u0101to organisko aug\u0161\u0146u SEG emisiju koeficienti. Kop\u0161 2019. gada vidus LIFE OrgBalt eksperti no vis\u0101m trim Baltijas valst\u012bm, Somijas un V\u0101cijas cie\u0161i sadarbojas, lai apr\u0113\u0137in\u0101tu re\u0123ion\u0101li specifiskus SEG emisijas faktorus lauksaimniec\u012bbas un me\u017ea augsn\u0113m, t\u0101d\u0113j\u0101di nodro\u0161inot viet\u0113ji specifisku datu pieejam\u012bbu SEG emisiju zi\u0146o\u0161anas uzlabo\u0161anai. \u201cIPCC vadl\u012bnijas SEG emisiju uzskaitei mudina izmantot valstij rakstur\u012bgos nevis t\u0101 sauktos noklus\u0113tos&nbsp; SEG emisiju faktorus,&nbsp; un LIFE OrgBalt projekta rezult\u0101ti sniedz pozit\u012bvu ieguld\u012bjumu\u201d, sac\u012bja LIFE OrgBalt projekta vad\u012bt\u0101ja Latvijas Valsts me\u017ea p\u0113tniec\u012bbas instit\u016bta \u201cSilava\u201d zin\u0101tnisk\u0101 asistente Ieva L\u1fd1c\u1fd1te. \u201cViet\u0113ji specifiski SEG emisiju&nbsp; dati\u201d, vi\u0146a piebilda, \u201cdod iesp\u0113ju sagatavot prec\u012bz\u0101kus SEG inventariz\u0101cijas un progno\u017eu zi\u0146ojumus, kas, savuk\u0101rt,&nbsp; nodro\u0161ina prec\u012bz\u0101kus datus politikas pl\u0101no\u0161anai. LIFE OrgBalt projekt\u0101 veiktie SEG emisiju m\u0113r\u012bjumi ir b\u016btiski papildin\u0101ju\u0161i datu kopu, kas pieejama par nosusin\u0101tu organisko augsni me\u017ea un lauksaimniec\u012bbas zem\u0113 m\u0113ren\u0101, v\u0113s\u0101 un mitr\u0101 klimata josl\u0101 (<em>Cool Temperate Moist Climatic Zone<\/em>) \u2013 SEG m\u0113r\u012bjumu vietu skaits ir gandr\u012bz dubultots attiec\u012bb\u0101 pret IPCC vadl\u012bniju noklus\u0113to SEG emisiju faktoru sagatavo\u0161anai izmantotaj\u0101m.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Visp\u0101r\u012bga inform\u0101cija<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>COP ir ikgad\u0113ja ANO Klimata p\u0101rmai\u0146u konference, kas paz\u012bstama ar\u012b k\u0101 ANO Visp\u0101r\u0113j\u0101s konvencijas par klimata p\u0101rmai\u0146\u0101m (Konvencijas) Pu\u0161u jeb Konvenciju ratific\u0113ju\u0161o valstu konference (\u201cConference of the Parties\u201d) un kuras laik\u0101 valstu vad\u012bt\u0101ji, zin\u0101tnieki,&nbsp; uz\u0146\u0113m\u0113ji un sabiedr\u012bbas p\u0101rst\u0101vji pulc\u0113jas, lai apspriestu un izstr\u0101d\u0101tu kop\u012bgus risin\u0101jumus klimata p\u0101rmai\u0146u ietekmes negat\u012bvo seku mazin\u0101\u0161anai un siltumn\u012bcefekta g\u0101zu emisiju (SEG) ierobe\u017eo\u0161anai.
