The Vision Workshop for stakeholders’ meeting with farmers and local community members in Nurmes, North Karelia was held on Thursday November 9, 2023. Diverse range of stakeholders participated in the workshop – 8 farmers, 10 local community members and 8 researchers.
LIFE OrgBalt expert Jyrki Jauhiainen, LUKE, first presented a summary of the results from the focus group discussion with researchers/scientists and then introduced the LIFE OrgBalt PPC model as a tool to examine the costs and benefits of the measures to mitigate climate change.
